Massage tries to remove the tiredness of the body whether it is sports massage therapy or any other. It is a quite healthy activity. It protects the body from breaking down. There are several activities which are recommended to do after massage like drinking maximum water and going for a walk and having a warm water shower.
There are also few activities, which are prohibited to do after a massage. Most of the therapists are agreed upon followings recommendations as a not-to-do list after massage:
Do Not Drink Alcohol or Smoke After Massage
Do Not Have Massage After Massage for 48 Hours
Do Not Go for Heavy Meals After Massage
Sleep But Do Not Sleep Right After Massage Session
Avoid Hyperactivities After Massage
Avoid Stressful Situations
